HN Construction has been serving ICI clients in the GTA for over 45 years. We have a track record of completing projects safely and on time. We serve a wide range of clients including publicly funded institutions as well as corporate/commercial businesses.
HN provides General Contracting, Construction Management and Design Build services for clients since 1978. HN emphasizes safety, integrity, cost efficiency and timeliness to complete demanding projects.
Our commercial projects include both offices and retail space. We have completed work in the highest quality, AAA office space in Toronto. Our retail projects include banks, car dealerships and many other national brands.
We complete projects for publicly funded institutions ranging through all levels of government. With the public trust in mind, we perform our work in manner respecting the taxpayer. Our projects include government offices, courthouses, detention facilities, recreation spaces, libraries, and public transport.
We pride ourselves in our healthcare projects. Our clients include many of the hospitals in the GTA as well as private clinics. We have strict infection control procedures in place and all our staff assigned to health care setting’s have IPAC training.
We have decades of experience completing education projects. We provide services for elementary, secondary, and post-secondary educations institutions. The unique challenges of completing all work during school break is something we have learned to navigate very well.
When we undertake a heritage restoration project we take special care to maintain the character of every stone, wood panel, or beam we touch. Our heritage clients trust us with their irreplaceable materials. Special care and attention to detail is emphasised for these projects.
